I joined staff and learners at DOVE Workshop to talk about how adult education changes lives. I’ve spoken previously about how I believe Wales should be a Second Chance Nation – where everyone, regardless of circumstance has the opportunity to reskill and take part in formal and informal learning.

I’m grateful to Lesley and Julie for sharing their experiences as we mark Adult Learners Week 2018.
